Welcome to EA Fit Club. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, facilities, services, and all communications associated with EA Fit Club, operated by EA All Day Fitness LLC. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1) Use of Site & Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into agreements with us; individuals under 18 may participate only with verified parental or guardian consent and a signed waiver.
You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity in connection with our services or website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your membership or online account.
EA Fit Club offers group personal training, strength and conditioning sessions, and nutrition and accountability coaching at our Cockeysville, MD location. All athletes are required to book sessions online prior to attending class. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual for violation of these terms or conduct deemed harmful to our staff, members, or community.
2) SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in through our website form or another written consent method, you agree to receive SMS messages from Reform Pilates Westwood, operated by Reform Pilates LA LLC.

Member testimonials and feedback may be used by EA Fit Club in anonymized or first-name-only form for promotional purposes unless you expressly request otherwise.
Physical Activity Acknowledgment: Participation in fitness programs involves inherent physical risk. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and take responsibility for understanding your personal health limitations. 4) Payments & Refunds
All membership and service fees are governed by the specific membership or service agreement you enter into at the time of enrollment. Payment is due as specified in your membership agreement. For recurring services, a minimum notice period — as outlined in your individual agreement — is required to cancel without further charge. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our membership policy. Please contact us directly to discuss any payment or cancellation concerns.
